That's cool, I lol'd watching it!
BTW it seems that some frames (especially when the dog blinks) "jump" a bit.
Maybe the frames should have been lined up together?

I know. when doing traditional animating with pencil and paper, it's a bit hard to line them up. Unless you have tracing paper. Which I do have, but, it's in a pad. I think I'll stick with doing frame by frame animating in Flash. Or maybe draw each frame in Photoshop, and then import it into Flash.
