Ever had a heatwave? Ever felt like eating or drinking something cool? Well this is another "mood" drawing based on this heatwave that I'm having here in California. It was too hot to draw a picture. It's true. Well in any case. Tailsy Turner seems to be having a bad one. and it starts to make him dillusional. *Hence the ice cream cone.* I orginally wanted to have Tails hallucinate a huge picture of water, but this came out instead.
